The future is built together
Voices, visions and connections that nurture the eFM ecosystem
There is a subtle thread that connects forward-thinking enterprises, universities experimenting with new models and institutions that believe in a sustainable future.
A thread woven from dialogue, trust and co-design. Innovation alone is no longer enough. What we need is to build—together—a system capable of generating shared value.
This is the horizon in which eFM operates: not as a mere provider of solutions, but as a partner within an ecosystem that grows alongside people, places and communities.
An ecosystem that, every day, helps redefine the relationship between technology, space and society. Within this system of relationships, some voices stand out as beacons—voices that guide us and help us see further ahead.
Domenico Mastrolitto, General Director of Campus Bio-Medico, spoke to us about One Health as “an holistic vision of health that transcends traditional medicine and embraces an ecocentric perspective: lifestyles, the quality of environments, the health of the places where we live and work.” This concept translates into a long-term development plan through 2045—a social green masterplan conceived as an “open-air laboratory”, where architecture and research engage in dialogue with the environment and local communities. With eFM, Campus Bio-Medico has built a partnership that goes beyond technical collaboration: “eFM means professionalism, vision and beauty,” says Mastrolitto.“Not only in the projects carried out, but in the quality of human relationships. A bond that has become friendship.
This sense of affinity resonates in the words of Gianmatteo Manghi, CEO of Cisco Italy: “What brings us together is not only what we do, but the values we share. Today, a company’s role goes beyond profit—it must contribute positively to society, the environment and people.” For Manghi, the future of work is already here. It’s no longer about place, but about purpose: “Smart working is important, but it’s not enough. We must create harmony—spaces that attract people and foster genuine encounters. That’s where ideas are born. That’s where innovation takes shape.”
A more radical perspective comes from Niels de Fraguier, change agent and author of The Regenerative Enterprise. According to De Fraguier, “Sustainability is no longer enough. Today we must regenerate—reinvent a way of doing business that is close to life, nourished by genuine relationships and centered on community.” Regeneration, he explains, “it is a journey that cannot be undertaken alone. It’s a process that involves people, territories and cultures. And it’s specifically this diversity that represents eFM’s true wealth.” The key to building a shared, generative future? “We must be humble toward the past but artists of our future.
In eFM, I see a community with the courage to do just that.”
Recognition also comes from those who have witnessed the company’s evolution up close.
Stefano Donnarumma, CEO of the FS Group, describes eFM as an ally in transforming spaces into experiences: “You helped us create environments that foster dialogue, exchange and collaboration—places where people see themselves reflected and where value is generated.”
Today more than ever, we know that no meaningful transformation happens in isolation.
It is dialogue that fuels change. It is listening that defines direction. And it is trust that creates space for innovation.
