Through the acquisition of a **51% stake in Archibus Solution Center Spain**, a leading Spanish company specializing in digital real estate management, eFM strengthens its presence in Europe, extending its operations to Spain and consolidating its position as a global player.  In recent years, eFM has experienced significant growth, **increasing its revenue from €20 million in 2020 to €45 million in 2024**.
