eFM continues its expansion in the Digital Real Estate sector with an ambitious international growth strategy. Through the acquisition of a 51% stake in Archibus Solution Center Spain, a leading Spanish company specializing in digital real estate management, eFM strengthens its presence in Europe, extending its operations to Spain and consolidating its position as a global player. 

In recent years, eFM has experienced significant growth, increasing its revenue from €20 million in 2020 to €45 million in 2024. Today, the company operates in Italy, Germany, the United States, Brazil, Chile and the Netherlands, and with this latest acquisition, it enters a market that manages over 10 million square meters of real estate and serves a digital user base of 150,000–200,000 people.
