People, skills and regions at the heart of the international strategy
In recent months, eFM has accelerated its international growth. But the real challenge today is not simply to expand. It is to build a model that brings together different organisations, different markets and different cultures.
This is where the most important battle is being fought.
For this reason, alongside integration efforts in Europe and North America, eFM has launched a structured programme of collaboration with the companies that have joined the Group: Applied Data Systems Inc., Horizant Solutions and Procos Group.
Beyond integration: building a shared platform
Recent international operations represent a key milestone in eFM’s journey. With an increasingly strong presence across Europe and the Americas, the Group is consolidating its position as a global platform in digital real estate.
But integrating companies does not mean standardising them. The model chosen by eFM is different: each organisation retains its own identity, its own leadership and its own local roots. At the same time, it becomes part of a broader platform, sharing tools, approaches and a strategic vision.
Workshops, discussions, collaborative planning
To put this model into practice, eFM has launched a series of workshops, meetings and collaborative sessions involving the leadership teams of the various organisations. These working sessions take place across Europe and North America and have a clear objective: to establish a common language.
Work is carried out on several levels:
Above all, it creates a space for ongoing discussion. A dialogue that allows different experiences to be brought together, without losing sight of the specific characteristics of each market.
Experience as a Service: the thread that ties everything together
At the heart of this journey lies a clear direction: the development of a global Experience as a Service model. A model that moves beyond the traditional view of real estate as a collection of square metres, towards managing spaces as dynamic systems designed to generate value through people’s experiences.
The expertise brought by the Group’s new entities reinforces this approach:
Bringing these skills together enables us to build a comprehensive platform capable of tackling the complexities of the modern property market.
A growth model focused on the long term
eFM’s strategy is clear: to grow through targeted acquisitions, but above all through the genuine integration of expertise. With over 200 million square metres under management, 15 million digital users and an established presence across several continents, eFM is progressively developing a business model capable of scaling globally.
The goal is ambitious: to manage 300 million square metres and 30 million digital users over the next five years.
