Today, they are intelligent networks that generate value through experience. With the **Spot** paradigm, eFM introduces a new design model in which environments are defined not by their function, but by their relationships. Every spot has service needs and provides experiences of value*.”  In the traditional model, space is designed to be **occupied**.  In the experiential model, space **acts**—it participates, responds and adapts.  Within this framework, eFM’s **Service Governance** takes shape as a model that connects strategy and operations, vision and action, redefining the role of space as an enabling lever for well-being, sustainability and organizational transformation. Space is managed not only to achieve efficiency, but to **create meaningful experiences** and foster a work culture that is more human, empathetic and inclusive.  Facility Management, once perceived as a purely technical function, has now become a **strategic bridge** between the C-Level and everyday organizational life.
