eFM strengthens its global leadership in Experience as a Service in Europe with the addition of PROCOS Group to its global ecosystem

eFM, a global platform specialising in digital real estate and workplace services, announces that PROCOS Group, which operates in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal, has joined the Group, significantly strengthening the company’s presence in Europe.

This joint venture represents a strategic milestone in eFM’s international growth journey, positioning the company among the leading European players in the emerging field of Experience as a Service. It follows further transactions completed in 2025 that have helped to consolidate eFM’s expansion strategy.

The integration of PROCOS Group into the eFM Group represents a key step in building a global platform capable of managing the complexities of the contemporary real estate sector and strengthening our leadership in the digital governance of places as experiences,” said Daniele Di Fausto, CEO of eFM. “We are aiming for shared growth by integrating established companies with recognised leadership and deep expertise in their respective markets, supported by managerial continuity and long-term partnerships. With further transactions planned for 2026, we aim to manage 300 million square metres over the next five years and support 30 million digital users globally, further strengthening our role in the global digital real estate market.”

Our aim is to develop a service offering capable of addressing emerging global challenges and positioning ourselves as one of Europe’s leading players in Experience as a Service,” said Jos Duchamps, Managing Director of PROCOS Group.

We have always focused on quality, reliability in execution and building strong partnerships with our clients. Joining the eFM ecosystem enables us to further enhance our capabilities, strengthen our team and allow us to offer even greater value and quality to our clients as we enter our next phase of growth.”

A well-established international growth strategy

Founded in Rome in 2000, eFM has evolved into an international industrial platform with a strong European base, developing a distinctive business model in digital real estate that combines strategic vision and technological innovation.

This growth trajectory has enabled the company to more than double its turnover between 2020 and 2024. Through its platform-based business model, eFM currently manages approximately €7 billion worth of facility, property and construction management services for public and private buildings and infrastructure.

With over 550 professionals, 200 million m² under management, and 15 million active users on its platform, eFM has built an integrated model that combines technology, operational management and human interaction.

Over the years, eFM has strengthened its presence in Europe (Germany and Spain), expanded its operations in the United States, and consolidated a stable presence in Latin America, where it has been operating for over a decade.

Operations have been structured according to an industrial partnership model designed to ensure continuity and long-term value creation. The founding teams will continue to lead operational activities and will sit on the Executive Boards of the main markets.

Management continuity and industrial partnerships

The announced transactions form part of a well-established development strategy that positions eFM as an industry leader.

Among the key acquisitions, Applied Data Systems, Inc. has strengthened its operational presence in the US IWMS and CAFM markets, supporting complex organisations in the corporate, healthcare, education and public sectors. Horizant, Inc. has consolidated its presence in Canada and the United States, with expertise in the digital transformation of the workplace and the management of complex programmes. ARCHIBUS Solution Center Spain has expanded its capabilities in digital real estate in Southern Europe, with over 20 years of experience and clients such as BBVA and CaixaBank.

With PROCOS Group, eFM is further expanding its European presence, bringing together advanced expertise in strategic space consultancy, facility management and workplace enhancement.

For us, this marks an important new chapter,” said Jeroen Weltens, Managing Director of PROCOS Netherlands. “This partnership gives our team and our clients access to a broader platform of knowledge, technologies and best practices, enabling us to better support organisations in addressing strategic challenges related to real estate, the workplace and user experience.”
