For eFM, this latest mention represents another important milestone in the evolution of its vision for **Workplace Experience**: a vision that began with the digital management of places and has since evolved through **Digital Governance Services**, platforms, data, integrations and services designed around people’s experience. ## **The Workplace Experience Applications Market** As Gartner states in the research: “*The WEX application market is transitioning from siloed space management tools to consolidated suites that integrate space tracking, administrative planning and workspace coordination. Driven by hybrid work models, these systems optimize physical office footprints while providing more viable environments for employee collaboration.*” The Gartner research also highlights that: - “*By 2028, at least 15% of day-to-day work decisions will be made autonomously through agentic AI, up from less than 5% in 2026*." - "*By 2030, leading enterprises will manage workplaces as autonomous systems that continuously sense, predict and optimize employee experiences, space utilization and facility operations, with minimal human intervention*." We think this recognition reflects the evolution of the market and, in parallel, eFM’s own journey: from the digital management of places to the creation of smarter, more connected workplace ecosystems designed around people’s experience. ## **A People-Centered Vision** For eFM, Workplace Experience is about the way people choose, move through and experience their workplaces.
