Growth that starts with the figures but doesn’t end there.

eFM has been named one of the ‘Champion Companies 2026’ in a study conducted by the ItalyPost Research Centre in collaboration with L’Economia, the business section of Corriere della Sera. The analysis examines financial statements from 2018 to 2024 and identifies companies that have consistently maintained above-average growth and profit margins over time.

The criteria include:

  • steady growth (CAGR ≥ 6.67%)
  • average EBITDA above 10%
  • financial stability (Netto debt/EBITDA ≤ 1.5)
  • positive net profit and EBIT

The final list comprises 1.000 Italian companies, grouped by turnover bracket.

Growth achieved in recent years

Over the last five years, eFM has expanded significantly. In 2020, the group’s turnover stood at around 20 million. In 2026, it is set to reach approximately 80 million, partly thanks to a series of acquisitions launched in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. The growth, however, has not been merely additive. As explained by Giuseppe Capicotto, Global Chief Revenue Officer, “The work has primarily involved integration: incorporating the acquired businesses into a common operational and technological model. Today, eFM employs around 500 people, with a strong technical focus and operates across multiple real estate sectors: property, facilities, project & construction, energy and workplace strategy.

The move to the international stage

The current plan focuses on expansion outside Italy. In recent years, eFM has established and consolidated its presence in Europe (Germany, Belgium, Spain and the Netherlands) and North America (the United States and Canada), in addition to its existing operations in Latin America. The stated goal is to exceed €200 million in turnover by 2029. Underpinning this is a model that combines technical expertise with a proprietary digital platform, now further enhanced by automation systems and AI agents applied to property management.
